THE PURPOSE

Talking about OKR (Objectives and Key Results), a management system born in Intel and subsequently adopted by giants such as Google, Netflix and other large companies, it proves to be an effective approach for any type of business.

This system promotes continuous improvement through the active commitment of individuals and teams towards company objectives, contributing to greater sustainability of the company and better adaptation to changes.

Thanks to OKRs, people feel more motivated and aligned with the company's values and mission, which is essential for organizational and personal success.

The OKR system allows you to avoid conservative cycles (as happens in MBO systems) by instead promoting continuous and often exponential growth in a controlled and monitored way thanks to reference data.
