MINDFULNESS IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT
Foreign companies and recently also in Italy, have joined specific Mindfulness courses to promote the performance levels of their employees and especially their managers .
In the organizational context, the aim is the so-called "Total Quality" pursuing the objective of maximizing profits.
Today, many of the issues that interfere with the highest corporate goals concern the organizational climate, the quality of internal relationships and communication, the level of employee motivation, the management of stress and the sudden changes required by the market.
A mindfulness path allows to reduce conflict dynamics to a minimum, improves attention and performance in favor of a high impact on the customer's perceived quality of the products and services they receive.
It also has a positive influence on leadership and its applications, as it is now recognized that effective leadership is only possible through the management of oneself, one's emotions and the emotions of others, encouraging their expression.
